Yuval Shachaf's work experience spans multiple roles and industries. Yuval began their career as a Combat Officer in the Israel Defense Forces from November 2009 to April 2014. Following their military service, they joined Kidum as a Psychometric Instructor from June 2015 to January 2017, where they gained experience in teaching large classes using interactive methods.

In 2017, Shachaf transitioned to AppChi/Commugen as a Solutions Architect, focusing on the development of solutions and related products. Yuval worked extensively with external and internal clients, applying processes, methods, and their knowledge and experience to achieve specific project objectives. Yuval held this role until December 2018.

Shachaf then joined Nucleai, a company specializing in AI-powered precision oncology platforms, in December 2018. Initially, they served as a Medical Data Specialist until May 2020, leveraging their expertise to contribute to the company's mission of transforming biomarker discovery and treatment decisions. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Data Project Lead starting in May 2020, responsible for using unique tissue datasets to generate insights into cancer biology and enhance clinical trial efficacy and patient care.

Yuval Shachaf's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science degree in B.Med.Sc. from Tel Aviv University, which was obtained between 2017 and 2020. Currently, Yuval Shachaf is pursuing a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Medicine from Tel Aviv University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
