Stephanie Marshall

Stephanie Marshall is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community outreach, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as the Community Outreach Manager at Nuclear Care Partners since January 2023, Stephanie focuses on supporting former atomic and nuclear heroes. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Sales Director at Avenida Partners, LLC from March 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included executing marketing, leasing, and resident retention strategies. Additional experience includes coaching volleyball at Basehor Linwood High School, serving as Director of Sales and Marketing at Delmar Gardens Family, and as Community Relations Director at Bickford Senior Living. Previous roles also encompass major appliance sales at Nebraska Furniture Mart and serving as a Medical Billing Specialist at United Medical Group. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Kansas State University.
