Bill Rousseau has over 30 years of experience in nuclear power and insurance loss control. Since August 2013, Bill has held multiple roles at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited, including Director of the Loss Prevention Program and Senior Manager of LP Nuclear Programs, where responsibilities include conducting insurance loss control surveys and developing recommendations for risk improvement. Prior to this, Bill served for over 22 years in the US Navy as Master Chief, focusing on nuclear power plant operations and maintenance, while also excelling as an instructor and mentor. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
