Linda Pyle

Linda Pyle has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving in a human resources role at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since January 2009, Linda manages health, welfare, and retirement plans, as well as payroll and executive compensation. Previously, as HR Director at XL Catlin from February 1992 to March 2006, Linda contributed to the company's recognition as a "Best Place to Work in PA" and led job redesign initiatives. Earlier roles include Operations Manager at Architectural Concepts, where Linda oversaw operations for a rapidly growing architectural practice, and Associate Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, focusing on employee benefits and compliance for Fortune 500 companies. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Widener University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Sciences from The Ohio State University.
