Stephen Nusspickel

Stephen Nusspickel is a seasoned professional in the nuclear energy sector with extensive experience in underwriting and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited since September 2013, Stephen manages accounts for 33 nuclear operating sites and 3 shutdown sites in the U.S. Prior roles at GE included Lead Mechanical Field Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing labor for inspections and maintenance, and Reactor Field Engineer, focusing on training and vessel maintenance. Additional experience includes working as a Refuel Floor Technician and Reactor Technician in the nuclear industry. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering.
