Albert Onley obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry with a minor in Physics from Hardin-Simmons University between the years 1985 and 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, which they completed between 2010 and 2013.
