Nichole Lundgard

Nichole Lundgard has extensive experience in nuclear safety and engineering management, currently serving as Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer at Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC since November 2019. In this role, Lundgard oversees the Engineering Department, managing technical and administrative functions across multiple engineering disciplines, including fire protection and nuclear safety. Previous positions include Nuclear Safety Program Manager and Acting Nuclear Criticality Safety Manager at HukariAscendent, Senior Manager of Nuclear Safety at both Calian Group and International Safety Research, and Senior Program Manager at Atkins Energy Consulting Limited. Additional experience spans roles at Leidos, Ellis Nuclear Engineering LLC, OECD Nuclear Energy Agency, Idaho National Laboratory, and Westinghouse Electric Company. Lundgard holds an MBA from Western Governors University, a BS in Industrial Mathematics from the University of South Carolina Aiken, and has completed studies at North Carolina State University.
