William Oneill

William O'Neill possesses extensive experience in procurement and subcontract management within the nuclear construction sector. Currently serving as Team Lead for Capital Projects Procurement at Nuclear Waste Partnership LLC since May 2020, William previously held the position of Manager of Construction Subcontracts at CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC from October 2015 to November 2019. William started a career at Parsons Corporation in April 1998, where roles escalated from field engineer to Principal Contracts and Subcontracts Manager over a span of 17 years. William’s professional journey also includes a tenure as an attorney specializing in real estate, construction, and business sales from 1990 to 1998. William holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of New England.
