Jon Hathaway possesses extensive experience in technology leadership and engineering, having held key positions at prominent companies. Currently, Jon serves as the Head of Engineering at Nuclearn since November 2025. Previously, Jon worked at DICK'S Sporting Goods in various senior roles, including Senior Director of Platforms and Infrastructure from August 2022 to December 2023 and Senior Director of Platforms, Infrastructure and End User Enablement from January 2024 to September 2024. Additional experience includes significant roles at IBM as Principal Client Engineering Solution Architect, HATech LLC as Chief Architect, and CA Technologies as Lead Applogic Architect for the EMEA region.
