Brian Soong

Brian Soong is an MD/PhD student at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where they are currently researching solid tumor cancer immunology using single-cell and spatial methodologies. They graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biophysics from Johns Hopkins University, where they also served as a teaching assistant in biochemistry and physics. Prior to their current studies, Brian worked as a Research Associate at the Broad Institute and held various research and leadership positions focused on advancing STEM education and biomedical research.
