Nicoletta Bouzos

Nicoletta Bouzos currently serves as Co Managing Director and Director of Operations for Nucleate, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping academia professionals transition their research into biotech startups. Additionally, Nicoletta is a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Southern California's Zeno Lab and an Undergraduate Student Mentor for the TRAINS program, which promotes diversity in STEM for women and underrepresented minorities. Nicoletta's previous experience includes roles at Biotech Connection Los Angeles as Development Lead, various engineering positions at Rubius Therapeutics and Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and teaching assistant positions at both Northeastern University and the University of Southern California. Nicoletta holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Southern California.
