Mounica Jami has a substantial work experience history. Mounica started their career as a Summer Intern at Vodafone India in June 2014. After that, they joined Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited in April 2017 as a Product Manager, where they worked until October 2019. During their time there, they gained valuable experience and knowledge in this role. Mounica then moved on and joined Nuclei in October 2019 as a Client Success Manager. Mounica was later promoted to Program Manager in December 2020 and further promoted to Head of Program Management in August 2021. Currently, Mounica holds the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships at Nuclei since June 2023. Their diverse range of roles and contributions throughout their career have undoubtedly shaped their expertise and skills in the industry.
Mounica Jami completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, during the period of 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Information Technology at IIIT BHUBANESWAR from 2011 to 2015.

Nuclei is currently operating with multiple banks across India, UAE, KSA, Singapore, and the rest of Asia.
