Tanpreet Singh Sehgal

Tanpreet Singh Sehgal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tanpreet is currently serving as the Vice President - Product at Nuclei since September 2022. Previously, they held the role of Vice President - Business at Nuclei from March 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, Tanpreet was the Founder and CEO of Nite Out Hospitality Pvt Ltd, where they operated cloud kitchens and managed multiple delivery-only brands. Tanpreet also worked as the Country Head, India/VP-Sales at Lookup.to, a hyperlocal discovery and chat platform, and as an Area Sales Manager at Zomato, where they led a sales team responsible for managing accounts and ad revenue. Tanpreet started their career as an Engineer, CE - Marketing at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, specializing in marketing and preparing proposals for control systems. Tanpreet also founded First Carbon/The Environment Group, a climate change advisory and waste management startup, and GreenCitizens.net, a green social networking platform. Additionally, they held leadership positions at QUESTUS - Student run Investment Fund, Wall Street Club, BITS - Pilani and Renewable Energy Society, BITS, Pilani. Tanpreet also served as an intern at the National Institute of Science, Technology & Development Studies, CSIR.

Tanpreet Singh Sehgal earned a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Class 12th education at Dr. Virendra Swarup Education Centre, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur from 1992 to 2006.
