Mariam El Hajji is an experienced Project Controller at Nucleom since April 2021, responsible for administrative tasks, preparing invoices, assisting project managers, and maintaining quality processes. Previously, Mariam served as a Research and Teacher Assistant at Laval University in 2020, focusing on evaluating undergraduate examinations and providing feedback to the course professor. An internship in the Sales Department at Sofitel Rabat Jardins des Roses in 2018 involved coordinating meeting room rentals, data entry, and partnership outreach. Mariam holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Université Laval and a BBA in Marketing and Finance from Al Akhawayn University, along with exchange programs at Virginia Commonwealth University and TBS Education.
