Jorge González Díaz de León

Jorge González Díaz de León has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jorge began their career at Grupo Gamesa (PepsiCo) as a Senior Analyst, where they gained valuable insight into the business side of a company. Jorge then worked at HEB as a Project Manager, leading IT projects in the Financial and Administration Department, including the implementation of PeopleSoft modules.

Following this, Jorge worked at KPNQwest - Accenture as a PeopleSoft Consultant, contributing to the review and re-engineering of an ERP implementation. Jorge later joined HEB again, this time as a PeopleSoft Consultant, leading the implementation and upgrade of PeopleSoft HRMS and GP.

In 2007, Jorge joined Accenture as a Consultant, where they developed their project management skills, working on large global projects with multiple teams. Jorge then joined Liberty Global as a Program Manager, responsible for End-to-End Program Management and implementing Information Systems initiatives.

From 2011 to 2015, Jorge worked at ACN as the Head of Project Management and Senior Program Manager, overseeing projects and operations for 18 countries. Jorge successfully managed the largest program in the company's history, deploying MVNO services and multi-play solutions.

In 2016, Jorge joined Orange Business Services as the Head of Customer PMO and Senior Project Manager. Jorge designed and implemented a new delivery service model and managed telecom deliveries for multiple continental regions.

Currently, Jorge serves as the Chief Operating Officer at nucleoo, where they are responsible for all delivery operations and strategic initiatives. Jorge improves operating procedures and evaluates company performance to enhance results. Jorge also establishes policies and procedures that align with the company culture and vision.

Jorge González Díaz de León completed their education in a chronological order. Jorge first attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer System Engineering degree. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, Jorge pursued an MBA with a specialization in Business Intelligence at Grenoble Ecole de Management.

In terms of certifications, they received the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2019. Additionally, Jorge earned the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute in February 2019.
