Guillaume B. has a strong background in technical and customer support roles. Guillaume started their career as a Research Scientist at Université de Nantes in 2003 before moving to the University of Southampton as a Senior Research Scientist in 2006. Guillaume then transitioned to roles at Abcam, where they worked as a Scientific Support Senior Specialist, Scientific Support Manager, Head of EMEA Scientific Support, and Customer Operations Manager. Guillaume eventually became the Technical Support Manager before joining Nuclera as Technical Support and later moving into a leadership position as the Head of Customer and Technical Support.

Guillaume B. obtained a Master's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the Université de Caen Normandie in 1998. Guillaume then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from the University of Brighton between 1999 and 2003.
