Nucleus Albania(NA)Association - service provier to MSMEs.NA was established in 2014 with support of German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development through GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit).NA’s Vision is: To have a conducive environment, where Albanian micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are innovative in thinking and managing their business and understanding the added value of effective collaboration and joint actions. Nucleus Albania as a vital and powerful MSME network has proved to deliver tangible economic benefits to members, customers and partners, and thus, contributes to achieving a more favorable business environment for MSMEs.
NA’ Mission is: To provide unique group-based and tailor-made business development services to MSMEs, in urban and rural areas all over Albania. With interactive group-based counselling (Nucleus approach) NA is successfully strengthening MSMEs to become more competitive, to be an active player in value chains, to improve business networking and to develop joint business linkages by creating clusters.Nucleus Albania is the first model in Albania and in Balkan, by applying simultaneously an intensively participated bottom- up approach, a professionally coached, animated and supported process and an organized system that strengthens the capacity to deliver value- adding and demand-driven services to MSMEs. The Nucleus Approach constitutes a hands-on powerful tool to support MSME competitiveness and creation of clusters.
