Alison Longbottom

Chief People Officer at Nucleus Financial

Alison Longbottom has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alison began their career as an HR Officer at Arjo Wiggins and Arjowiggins Fine Papers Ltd in 2000, where they worked until 2007. Then, Alison joined De La Rue in 2007 and held various HR leadership positions, including Head of HR for different departments. Alison also had international experience as the Head of HR in Kenya for a secondment period in 2016-2017. After their time at De La Rue, they joined Portals De La Rue Ltd in 2018 as an HR Director. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer at Nucleus Financial since October 2020.

Alison Longbottom started their education journey by completing their Bachelor of Arts degree in French with Honors at Goldsmiths, University of London from 1987 to 1991. Alison then pursued a Master's degree in French Language and Culture at the University of Southampton from 1999 to 2000. Later on, in 2013 to 2014, Alison attended the Institute of Leadership and Development, where they completed a Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring program.
