Daria James has a comprehensive work experience history. Daria started their career at Sky in 2014 as a Customer Experience Leader, where they managed a team and focused on resolving customer complaints. Daria then moved on to Sainsbury's Bank in 2015 and held various roles, including Contact Centre Team Manager, Assistant Risk Manager, and Response Consultant in Crisis and Incident Management. After Sainsbury's Bank, Daria worked at Webhelp as a Risk and Compliance Manager, eventually becoming a Senior Risk and Compliance Manager. Currently, Daria is the Head of Incident Management at Nucleus Financial, starting in June 2023.
