Hayley Mudge-Hawkins

Hayley Mudge-Hawkins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal counsel within the financial sector. Currently serving as Managing Legal Counsel at Nucleus Financial since October 2020, Hayley provides strategic legal support across various Group companies, focusing on trust law, SIPP regulatory requirements, and commercial real estate. Prior to this role, Hayley was Legal Counsel at James Hay Partnership from December 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included negotiating high-value contracts and providing trust law advice. Hayley also has experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor at James Hay Partnership and as a Solicitor at Stephens Scown, specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Academically, Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Leeds and a distinction in the LPC from BPP Law School.
