Joanne Penny

Joanne Penny has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Joanne is currently the Head of People Partnering at Nucleus Financial, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the HR Director for Global People Services and M&A at FNZ Group from May 2021 to October 2022. Joanne also served as an HR Consultant at Fairwater HR from December 2019 to May 2021. Before that, Joanne held positions as an HR Director and Project Consultant at James Hay Partnership from January 2020 to July 2020, and as an HR Director at SS&C Technologies from August 2018 to August 2019. Joanne also worked as an HR Director at DST Systems from January 2016 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various HR roles at International Financial Data Services (IFDS) from May 2003 to March 2016, including Associate Director HR, Head of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations, and Senior HR Manager. Joanne Penny began their career as an HR Officer at Dresdner Kleinwort from November 1999 to May 2003.

Joanne Penny attended London Metropolitan University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Post Grad degree in Human Resource Management CIPD. In 2003, they also obtained the Chartered FCIPD certification from the CIPD institution.
