Richard Evans has a strong background in technology and IT management. Richard started their career as a Software Engineer and IT Manager at Contact Centre Group Ltd from 2004 to 2005. Richard then joined LeadX Ltd as an IT Infrastructure Manager from 2006 to 2010. At LeadX, they were responsible for managing the company's data marketplace, broker, and lead generation operations. Since 2010, Richard has been working at Nucleus Financial, first as the Head of Technology and Development and later as the Head of Cyber Security and Resilience. During their time at Nucleus, Richard played a key role in growing the Technical Operations department, forming various teams, and leading them to become self-sufficient. Richard also contributed to the development of internal systems, business intelligence, application development, and web development. Additionally, Richard actively participated in shaping and maintaining a positive culture at Nucleus Financial through their involvement in staff groups.
