Russ Harrington

Russ Harrington, CPA, CGA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants since October 2020, providing strategic leadership and overseeing operations for this national regulator. Harrington holds substantial board experience, including roles as Chair and Vice-Chair at Nucleus Independent Living, as well as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee at Rekai Centres. Previously, Harrington was the Chief Operating Officer at the College of Early Childhood Educators and played significant roles in various organizations, including HealthForceOntario Marketing and Recruitment Agency as a founding CFO and COO. Harrington's educational background includes multiple advanced programs in leadership and strategy, along with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western University.
