Jennifer Roy

Jennifer Roy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across various technology and performance-driven organizations. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the MSP Interest Group North American Executive Council at GTIA and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Nucleus Networks, Jennifer has a proven track record in strategic operations, client management, and team development. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at TLC Solutions and Director of Operations at Fully Managed, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, overseeing financial performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring client satisfaction. Jennifer's board involvement with Royal City Youth Ballet further highlights a commitment to community and organizational excellence. Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts degree in Criminology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of BC.
