Scott Padgett began their work experience in 1993 at Cartus, where they held multiple positions including Affinity Team Leader, Relocation Consultant III, Operations Manager, and Account Manager. During their time at Cartus, they were responsible for hiring, training, and managing employees, as well as implementing protocols that improved operational efficiency and revenue growth. In 2005, they joined NuCompass Mobility Services Inc. as the Sr. Director of Client Relations.
