Arash Ghasemi

Arash Ghasemi, PhD, is a Senior Software Engineer and Architect at Nucor Corporation since January 2024. Concurrently, Arash serves as an Adjunct Professor, Lecturer, and Director of Civil Infrastructure and Research at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a position held since August 2016. Additional experience includes work as an Engineer at Sumer Analog since December 2021 and a Ph.D. Researcher at SimCenter from August 2013 to August 2016. Arash participated in a program at ICERM - Brown University in July 2016 focusing on stochastic numerical algorithms, multiscale modeling, and high-dimensional data analytics. Arash earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Computational Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, along with education at Sharif University of Technology.
