Ben Pickett

Ben Pickett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and legal affairs. Since April 2018, Ben has held the position of Vice President & General Manager - Public Affairs at Nucor Corporation, having previously served as General Manager - Public Affairs & Government Relations and Director - Corporate Legal Affairs within the same company. Prior to joining Nucor, Ben worked at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC from 2007 to April 2018, starting as an Associate and advancing to Attorney. Ben's educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law (2004-2007) and a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2000-2004).
