Jack Sullivan is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and treasury management. Currently serving as Vice President, Treasurer, and General Manager of Investor Relations at Nucor Corporation since November 2022, Jack leads multiple teams including Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Investor Relations. Prior to this role, Jack spent over 13 years at Duke Energy Corporation where responsibilities included managing investor relations and shareholder services as Vice President, as well as overseeing banking relationships and capital transactions as Assistant Treasurer. Jack's career also includes significant roles at Banc of America Securities in Energy and Power Debt Capital Markets. Jack holds an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University and a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
