S. Robin Rose

S. Robin Rose is an experienced leader in the steel industry, currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Cold Finished Bar at Nucor Corporation since January 2024, after previously holding the position of General Manager - Cold Finished Bar at Nucor Steel. With a robust background at SSAB from 2012 to 2022, S. Robin Rose held multiple key roles including Director of Commercial Sales and General Manager of various business units, overseeing significant commercial operations totaling 1.1 million tons in North America. Prior experience includes a decade at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where S. Robin Rose was General Manager with profit and loss accountability and led commercial activities in cold finished steel manufacturing. Earlier career roles include account management in advertising, retail management, and overseer of customer service operations. S. Robin Rose holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and French from Hillsdale College.
