Paul Trembley

Paul Trembley currently serves as the Specials Engineering Manager at Nucraft Furniture since November 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure at Steelcase, where Trembley was the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer in Product Development, responsible for operations strategy and new capital equipment design for seating products. At Herman Miller, Trembley held multiple roles, culminating as Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included operational leadership for product commercialization and cost management. Additionally, Trembley served as Senior Engineer and NPO Site Lead, overseeing manufacturing readiness and product line management. Early career experience includes positions at Delphi as a Manufacturing Engineer and Process Tool Engineer. Trembley holds an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
