Tyler Roak M.e.m.

Tyler Roak, M.E.M., serves as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Nucraft Furniture since March 2022 and has amassed extensive experience in engineering management and product development through a tenure at Simonds International from November 2005 to March 2022. At Simonds, Tyler held various roles including Engineering Manager, where oversight of a four-engineer team was essential, along with responsibilities in production meetings and project management. Previous positions included Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Product Manager, and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on product lines, customer relations, cost control, process improvements, and Lean implementation. Tyler holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science in Product Design Engineering Technology, and an Associate in Applied Science in CAD Drafting & Tool Design from Ferris State University.
