Randi Gutschick

Randi Gutschick has over 17 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry. Randi began their career in 2004 as a Fashion Design Intern at Alban Ltd, where they were responsible for bead work for bridal and special occasion gowns, as well as assisting in design projects, pattern making and dying fabrics. In 2007, they joined Faye's 1 and Faye@ Play as a Sales Associate/Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for maintaining purchase orders, processing, pricing and ticketing new merchandise, organizing and editing all purchase orders for accuracy, and managing all special orders and negotiating vendor RA's on damaged or non-performing merchandise. In 2009, they became an Assistant Buyer at Miss Groove & Miss Groove Intimates, where they were responsible for analyzing sales, setting pricing for merchandise, entering purchase orders, and vendor negotiations. Randi also attended Stylemax trade shows. Additionally, they were a Promotional Model at Aras Promotions in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. as a Merchandise Assistant, where they managed advertising for the men's gift business and acquired advertising responsibilities for men's loungewear, underwear and hosiery. In 2013, they joined OfficeMax as a Merchandise Assistant, where they determined products to feature in weekly advertising from vendor provided roadmaps with available promotions. Randi also created and managed a template used by Technology teams for Financial Ad Planning. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Sears as an Associate Buyer for Kmart's Women's Footwear and Intimates departments. During this time, they developed two new programs for Fall 2016 slippers and created a customizable report to break down sales units, dollars, margin and sell thru by program, silhouette, color and pattern. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Ulta Beauty as an Associate Buyer, where they held ownership of average figure brands, developed a new assortment for the Jaclyn Smith private label, and drove a successful lash business that was up year-over-year. Currently, they are the Retail Trade Marketing Director - North America at NUDESTIX.

Randi Gutschick attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
