Wanda Longo

Wanda Longo has extensive experience in the cosmetics industry, having worked in various roles since 1980. Her career began at Creeds, where they served as the Counter Manager and Resident Makeup Artist for the exclusive, prestige Italian cosmetic brand Princess Marcella Borghese. Wanda then moved on to Holt Renfrew, where they worked as the National Business Development Manager for the same brand. In 1995, they joined MAC Cosmetics as the Operations Manager for their Milan store, and also worked as a consultant for their Creative Department. In 2000, they joined Cover FX Skincare Inc. as the Training Director, Director of Pro Artist Relations and Sales Director for the UK. Wanda also worked as a consultant for the company, introducing and promoting the brand to media, makeup artists and retail partners. In 2007, they moved to the same company, but as the Communications Director, Director of Pro Artist Relations and Sales Director for the UK. In 2012, they were promoted to International Sales Director, Prestige Division for Cover FX Skincare Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing international sales in department stores in Canada and the UK. In 2013, they became a Self Employed Cosmetic Executive, working as a consultant and developing sales and marketing strategies for start-up cosmetic brands. Wanda also worked as an Instructor for the Cosmetics Business Program at Humber College. Finally, in 2014, they joined NUDESTIX as the Vice President of Retail Operations, where they were responsible for the company's simple collection of easy-to-use makeup crayons.

Wanda Longo has a diverse educational background. Wanda attended Gilmore Associates from 1996 to 1998, earning a Team Management, Training and Facilitating degree in Organizational Leadership. Prior to that, they received private lessons in Make-Up Artist/Specialist from 1985 to 1986. Lastly, they attended York University from 1973 to 1976, completing five courses towards a BA in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics with a French Major and Italian Minor.
