Paul Decima

Paul Decima is an experienced operations and production management professional with a robust background in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operation and Product Supply Chain at NUDESTIX since August 2023, Paul previously worked as Operations Manager at Cosmetica Laboratories Inc. from June 2021 to August 2023, overseeing more than 550 employees and managing a high-output production environment. Paul held positions as Production Manager in both LEC Custom Products and UniFirst Corporation, demonstrating substantial expertise in production scheduling, team management, and cost optimization. Prior experience includes roles at ELIS, SOM "Societe d'Outillage Mecanique," and Schneider Electric, encompassing responsibilities in continuous improvement and engineering. Paul holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Production Automation from the University of Montpellier.
