Charlotte Noutch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte has been with Nudge Education Limited since 2021, starting as an Education Expert and progressing to Senior Education Expert. Charlotte then took on the role of Acting Regional Lead - North East before becoming the Regional Lead - North East. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Partnerships. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as an Educational Software Consultant at LexiaUK from 2017 to 2021. Charlotte was also a Supply Teacher at First Class Supply for a brief period in 2017. Before transitioning into the education sector, Charlotte worked as an English Teacher and Director of Progress at South Shields Community School from 2014 to 2017. Charlotte started their career as a Trainee English Teacher, PR & Journalist, and Assistant PR Officer at various organizations. Charlotte's experience also includes working as a Press Office Administration Assistant at the Royal Horticultural Society and as a Support Adviser at Natural England.

Charlotte Noutch began their education at the University of Lincoln in 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in English and History. Charlotte completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. Later, in 2013, Charlotte enrolled at Durham SCITT to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in English teaching. Additionally, during the same year, they attended the University of Sunderland to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) with a focus on secondary education and teaching.
