Jacqui Bijoux has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Jacqui started their career in 2004 as an Operations Manager at ORBIT BENEFITS LIMITED, where they were responsible for leading operational and change management and collaborating on product roadmap. Jacqui then worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Aquila Heywood in 2008. From 2009 to 2012, they served as a Relationship Team Manager at Thomsons Online Benefits, managing sales and account management teams while being involved in several initiatives to improve revenue collection and reduce administration.

In 2013, Jacqui joined Jardine Lloyd Thompson (Pty) Ltd South Africa as an Online Benefits Manager, where they supervised technology implementation and automation and educated customers on retirement products and employee benefits. Jacqui then moved to SPARK Schools in 2018 as the Head of Implementation, overseeing strategic projects and collaborating with MBA schools and high-impact project teams.

From 2018 to 2020, Jacqui worked as an Independent Contractor: Product at Bubbleflake, contributing to product research, implementation, and testing.
