Laura Garnett began their work experience in 2013 as a Crew Member at McDonald's, where they worked until 2014. Laura then worked as a Barista at GG Espresso from September 2014 to March 2015. From November 2015 to March 2016, Laura worked as a Bartender at the University of Bristol Hospitality. In 2016, they served as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Kelham House Country Manor Hotel from March to July. Laura then worked as an Accommodation Office Assistant at the University of Leeds Residential Services for a temporary 5-week role in August and September 2017. Laura also worked at Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd as a Waitress from July to September 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at NG23 TENDER SUPPORT LIMITED from June to December, and as a Fast Track Graduate at Flight Centre Travel Group from August 2019 to August 2020. Finally, Laura is currently employed at nudge, where they started as a Client Service Associate in December 2020 and transitioned to the role of a Client Services Consultant in March 2022.

Laura Garnett earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geography from the University of Leeds, which they attended from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Carre's Grammar School from 2012 to 2014, and Kesteven and Sleaford High School from 2007 to 2012.
