Nathan Wilde has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nathan began their career in 2006 as a Performing Artist (Musical Theatre) for Musical Theatre Tours (Europe). Nathan then transitioned to the telecommunications industry, working as a Senior Sales Consultant for T-Mobile from December 2006 to October 2012. Following that, Nathan joined EE as a Regional Training Specialist (HR Contact) from October 2012 to April 2018. At EE, they gained expertise in training and development. Since April 2018, Nathan has been with nudge, starting as a Training & Community Engagement Manager and now holding the position of Head of Training and Community Engagement. With their extensive background in training and community engagement, Nathan has developed strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Nathan Wilde began their education at Wolverley High School in 2000, where they studied Visual and Performing Arts until 2003. Nathan then went on to attend Worcester College of Technology from 2003 to 2006, also focusing on Visual and Performing Arts.
