Ross Harris began their work experience as a Tutor at Explore Learning in April 2007 and left in February 2008. Ross then worked as a Play and Youth Worker for the London Borough of Sutton from March 2008 until November 2011. Ross joined Thomson Online Benefits in December 2011 as an Associate Consultant and was promoted to Consultant from July 2013 to March 2015. Ross further advanced to a Senior Consultant from April 2015 to August 2017 and then became a Lead Consultant from September 2017 to August 2019. Currently, Ross Harris is the Head of Client Services at Nudge since August 2020.
