Wendy Crouch

Wendy Crouch is an accomplished journalist and editor with extensive experience across major media platforms. They began their career as a stringer for Reuters, eventually advancing to a contract reporter role at the Pulitzer-winning Manila Bureau. Wendy held various editorial positions at Yahoo, culminating in an editorial news lead role for three Asia-Pacific markets, before becoming the owner and editor at Backyard Media. Currently, Wendy serves as the Regional Content Manager for a media company, driving AI-assisted editorial transformations while ensuring quality and cultural relevance in content across the Asia-Pacific region. Wendy holds a Master’s degree from the University of Leicester and a diploma from the International Institute of Journalism Berlin-Brandenburg.
