Corynne McPeters

Corynne McPeters has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as an Office Associate at NYU LGBTQ Student Center in 2012. They later worked as an Assistant House Manager/Box Office Associate at NYU Tisch Graduate Acting Program from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they became a Sex Educator at The Pleasure Chest New York and held the position until 2017. Following this, they worked as a Receiving Associate at Urban Outfitters from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Account Executive at COTR, Inc. before joining JEWISH FAMILY SERVICES OF ULSTER COUNTY as a Social Work Intern from 2021 to 2022. They then moved on to Circle W Market, where they served as a Deli Clerk from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Wellness Guide/Care Manager at Nudj Health, starting in 2022.

Corynne McPeters pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Advanced Clinical Practice at Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre, Social/Cultural Analysis with focuses in Gender and Sexuality Studies and American Studies from New York University between 2011 and 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Corynne McPeters has obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed a course on Time Management for Personal and Professional Productivity offered by the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Corynne also completed certifications in FDA-Regulated Research, Research With Minors - SBR, and Human Subjects Protection SBR, all of which were obtained in January 2021 through the CITI Program, a division of BRANY.
