Carlos Santillan is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems analysis and network engineering. Currently serving as an IT System Analyst at Nudo since April 2018, Carlos is responsible for the maintenance of IT projects, computer/server/application support, and ensuring end-user satisfaction. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Grupo Verzatec from March 2013 to April 2018 as a Network Engineer and IT Support, focusing on LAN/WAN management, network security, IP telephony, and various network components. Earlier experience includes working at Alestra from March 2010 to March 2013 in the operation and maintenance of dedicated data services. Carlos holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and completed studies as a Network Engineer at INSA Lyon.
