Soman has a long history of working with Latin American businesses and has been recognized as one of the leading experts in the field. Soman has been instrumental in developing the Latin American Practice Group at Greenberg Traurig and is often credited with helping to make the firm one of the top-rated law firms in the region.
Soman has also served as general counsel and partner at Patagon, one of Latin America's largest venture capital firms. In this role, they were responsible for all legal aspects of the firm's investments, including due diligence, negotiation of term sheets and investment agreements, and advising on exit strategies.
