Mary Beilfuss

Mary Beilfuss is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, management, and sales. Currently serving as a Recruitment & Retention Specialist at Nueske's Applewood Smoked Meats, Mary manages the recruiter hub, oversees the onboarding process, and handles recruiting invoices and reports. As the co-owner of Steve and Mary's Main Street Cafe since 1992, Mary takes charge of payroll, staffing, and product marketing. Previous roles include Executive Director at Aster Assisted Living, Community Outreach Coordinator at ARC Angels Senior Home Care, and various management positions at MCL Industries and Specialized Products LTD. Mary holds an Associate's degree in Business from Fox Valley Technical College and has participated in leadership programs, enhancing expertise in business and management.
