Heather Graves

Heather Graves has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as Manager Compensation & Benefits at Nueterra since April 2013. Previously, Heather held the position of Compensation Analyst at Bombardier Aerospace from September 2004 to November 2012, where responsibilities included providing compensation guidance, coordinating an Oracle web-based salary review system, and participating in labor contract negotiations. Additionally, Heather administered international compensation plans and managed the Bombardier International Mobility Management program. Heather holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies (Economics) from The University of Kansas.
