Nueva Vida advises private HNW and UHNW, Individuals And Families, Family Offices, Trusts and Property Investors with a fully managed approach to Acquisition, Project Management and Development in Spain and Portugal. We are retained by our private clients as a trusted partner to source and shape exceptional homes.

Nueva Vida is a privately owned family company founded by Jack Ballantine In 2016. It is built on a combined 35 years of experience advising private HNW & UHNW individuals & families, global luxury developers, institutional investors and boutique real estate groups.

Jack Ballantine founded Nueva Vida after recognising that large corporates had lost the personal connection and accountability required to serve HNW families well. Nueva Vida brings a private-family-office approach quiet, focused, and relationship-led designed to genuinely deliver and to secure and shape exceptional homes with precision.
