Justin Johnson

Justin Johnson has more than a decade of experience in the midstream and upstream sectors with expertise in finance, capital markets, A&D, and accounting. Justin oversees all of the firm’s strategic and tactical financial functions.

Previously, Justin served as CFO at Palmera Resources where he directed A&D, corporate development, treasury, audit, tax, accounting, risk management and insurance activities. Before Palmera he was the Corporate Development Manager at Amromco Energy where he and his team negotiated and secured the first ever Reserve Based Loan in Romania, subsequently growing the facility from $30MM to $100MM in 18 months. Earlier in his career Justin held various roles in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, and accounting with Quantum Resources and Carrizo Oil & Gas.
