Alan du Rieu

Alan du Rieu serves as the Head North Europe and Country Head UK/Ireland at Nufarm, overseeing commercial operations across Germany, Poland, Central European countries, Austria, Benelux, Ukraine, Nordics, and Baltics since August 2020. Previously, Alan was the Head North Europe at UPL, where responsibilities included business operations for Central and Eastern Europe and leading the marketing transition. With a strong background in commercial leadership, Alan has held senior roles at Arysta LifeScience, Pangea Agrochemicals, Germains Seed Technology, Syngenta, Novartis Agriculture, and Ciba-Geigy, accumulating extensive experience in agricultural business development, marketing, and product management. Education includes a degree in Applied Biology from Nottingham Trent University and a Marketing and Sales Excellence Graduate program from INSEAD.
