Dr. Gemma McKenna

Dr. Gemma McKenna is a highly experienced professional in health services research and social policy, currently serving as a Board Trustee for Nuffield Trust and as a Fellow at the University of Birmingham. With a background that includes a Research Fellowship at the University of Southampton focused on urgent care services and engagement in self-management support, Dr. McKenna has contributed to various organizations, including serving as a Trustee for Daybreak Family Group Conferences and taking on leadership roles in public affairs and policy at FIXERS. Dr. McKenna's political involvement includes candidacy for the Labour Party in the 2015 General Election and serving as a Parliamentary Research Officer in the House of Commons.
