Keryn Vella

Keryn Vella (MCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Nuffield Trust since April 2019, Keryn oversees HR support for staff, consultants, and contractors while reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations. Prior roles include Senior HR Manager at Street League, where Keryn focused on advising management and ensuring legal compliance, and Head of HR during a maternity cover position that involved managing HR services across multiple regions in the UK. Keryn's career also includes significant tenure at the Intensive Care National Audit & Research Centre (ICNARC), where Keryn served as Head of HR and Operations, Acting Director, and Office Manager, driving HR policy development and organization management. Keryn holds a BA in Psychology and History from the University of Canterbury and completed an Experience Assessment in Human Resources from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
